Regarding density, the bulk density of wood pellets exceeds 600 kg/m³, which is important for storage and transport efficiency.
The wood pellet density itself lies between 1.1 and 1.4 g/cm³; however, a density range of 0.8 to 1.1 g/cm³ is considered more economical when used in industrial boilers, balancing performance and cost-effectiveness.

Additionally, the crushing rate of wood pellets is kept under 1.5% to 2.0%, ensuring that the pellets maintain their structural integrity during handling and usage.
