My name is Julia, I’m 30 years old. I’m from Ukraine, my native city is Poltava. I worked at a foreign dating agency as an administrator and an interpreter. My responsibility was to control and organize working process of other interpreters, to organize and chat conversations, to deal with emails, letters, documents, to solve different problem situations, to search for new clients, new sites and agencies with who we can cooperate. I also had to do monthly reports of work done by the whole agency and to plan how we can improve and develop our agency. After that I worked at a hotel as an administrator at the reception desk. I met guests, made reservations, tried to satisfy all customers as the management of the hotel required very high service and that is why we needed to be able to adapt to different situations and to solve problems very fast and effectively. Those work places helped me to be more confident in myself and my oral skills, to be more organized, to be a leader, to work in stressful atmosphere and to find a right way of dealing with different types of people. I would prefer to work in a team because this way you can share your experience and communicate, help each other. But sometimes I need to be alone, it depends on the situation, I mean times when I need to fully concentrate on a task and to do it by myself. But for me the most important thing is to love job you are doing because only this way you can achieve good results. I always try to do my best no matter what I’m doing. I’m very responsible, communicative, creative and I like to develop and to do new things. As a teamlead of leadgeneration department in our company I am controlling and checking fulfillment of tasks, supervising and helping to improve effectiveness of my specialists’ work.
